Il 13 gennaio scorso, il p. Faustino Turco, vicepostulatore, ha consegnato personalmente alla Congregazione per la Causa dei Santi la bozza della “Positio super martyrium” dei Servi di Dio Carrara, Didonè, Faccin e Joubert. Prima della sua morte, il p. Guglielmo Camera, Postulatore generale, aveva potuto redigere le parti essenziali della Positio e confrontarle con il Relatore, Mons. Tagliaferri. La Positio è la sintesi del Processo diocesano (avvenuto nel 2016-2017) rispondendo ad alcuni interrogativi che aiutano a capire ciò che è successo e in chiave di martirio. Dopo le eventuali ultime correzioni, si procederà alla stampa della Positio che conta attualmente 760 pagine e che sarà consegnata ai membri del Collegio Peculiare dei Teologi che si esprimeranno, in seguito, sulla dichiarazione di martirio.

On January 13^th – 2021, Fr. Faustino Turco, s.x. – our Vice-Postulator,  personally handed over to the Congregation for the Cause of Saints the draft of the “Positio super Martyrium” of the Servants of  God: Carrara, Didonè, Faccin, and Joubert.   Before his death, Fr. Guglielmo Camera, s.x. General Postulator, had been able to draft the essential parts  of the ‘Positio’ and had compared them with the Speakerof the Congregation, Mons. Tagliaferri.   ‘Positio’ is the synthesis of the Diocesan Process (which took place in 2016-2017), answering some of the questions which could help to understand what really happened, and interpret it as evidence of true martyrdom.  After any recent corrections, the ‘Positio’ will be printed.  Presently, it consists of 760 pages and it will be presented to the members of the appropriate College of Theologians , who will later express their opinion on the declaration of martyrdom.
