Dopo tre anni di formazione accademica presso l’Università «LUMIERE» di Bujumbura, Facoltà di Scienze della Comunicazione, nell’ambito della formazione audio-visuale, il nostro confratello p. Philibert Ntahimpera s.x. ha difeso pubblicamente la sua tesi di tirocinio pratico sul tema: “I Mass-media al servizio dell’Evangelizzazione e della promozione umana: l’esempio di Radio Maria Burundi”. Alla fine dei 3 anni di formazione accademica, p. Philibert ha fatto un mese di stage presso Radio Maria Burundi, previsto dal programma degli studi dell’Ateneo. Lo studente poteva scegliere di fare lo stage anche in altre strutture come la Radio Nazionale o altre emittenti private. Alla fine dello stage ha presentato un lavoro scritto e su questo elaborato c'è stata la difesa in presenza di un’equipe di professori, seguita da un dibattito aperto dove erano presenti anche confratelli e amici.

After three years of academic training at the Lumiere Univesity in Bujumbura, our confrere Fr. Philibert Ntahimpera, s.x. publicly defended his thesis on practical internship on the theme: “The mass media at the service of Evangelization and Human Promotion:  the example of Radio Maria Burundi.”  At the end of the 3 years of academic training, Fr. Philibert  did a month of internship at the Radio Maria Burundi, as programmed by the University.  The student could also have chosen  for his internship other programs in  other facilities like National Radio, or in other private Radios.  At the end of the internship,  Fr. Philibert presented a written work.  On his paper there was  a defense  in the presence of a team of professors, followed by an open debate, where confreres and friends were also present.
