La celebrazione della Giornata Missionaria per l'area di Kishiwada – che comprende le nove chiese in cui operano i missionari Saveriani – si è svolta domenica 4 ottobre 2026, a partire dalle ore 14:00, e ha avuto una durata di due ore e mezza. I padri Alexander Denny Wahyudi e Romualdus Juang hanno illustrato il 75° anniversario della missione Saveriana in Indonesia. La seconda parte dell'incontro è stata dedicata all'adorazione del Santissimo Sacramento. Nonostante la pioggia, hanno partecipato circa 95 persone, tra cui 20 indonesiani provenienti da diverse zone del Kansai. Alla fine della giornata, il coro indonesiano ha eseguito due brani, suscitando meraviglia e gioia tra i presenti, che hanno risposto con calorosi applausi.
KISHIWADA ZONE - JAPAN: the celebration of Mission Sunday
The celebration of the Mission Sunday at Kishiwada territory that comprises 9 churches where the Xaverians work was held on Sunday October 4th 2026 at 2 p.m. that lasted in 2.5 hours. Father Alexander Denny Wahyudi and Father Romualdus Juang presented the 75th year anniversary of the Xaverian mission in Indonesia. The second part was the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament prayer. Despite raining it was attended by some 95 people including 20 Indonesians who come from different areas in Kansai. At the end the Indonesian choir group presented two Indonesian songs that made people amazed and happy with warm applause.
