Le attività di formazione per gli Animatori delle POM nella diocesi di Padang sono la prima priorità del programma di questo anno. La prima tappa per la formazione degli animatori è stata fatta nella parrocchia di Siberut, St. Maria Diangkat ke Surga, Mentawai, in aprile 2023; la seconda tappa, in agosto, per gli animatori in Sumatra occidentale e Kerinci ed infine l’ultima tappa formativa si è tenuta a Pekanbaru (Riau) dal 17-19 novembre 2023. Queste attività duravano in media dai tre ai quattro giorni. I partecipanti erano di età dai 18 ai 45 anni, ad eccezione di alcune succursali o parrocchie dove non c’erano animatori. Training activities for the catechists of the Pontifical Mission Societies in the Diocese of Padang are the first priority in this year planning. The first stage of their formation was carried out in St. Maria Diangkat ke Surga Parish of Siberut, Mentawai, in April 2023; the second stage, in August, was offered to the directors in Western Sumatra and Kerinci; the last training stage was held in Pekanbaru (Riau) from November 17^th to 19^th, 2023. On average, these activities lasted three or four days. Participants were between 18- to 45-year-old, with the exception of some local branch or parish that have no staff.
