Giovedì 22 febbraio 2024, la nostra comunità di Nogent-sur-Marne ha incontrato Mons. Dominique Blanchet, Vescovo di Créteil, nel suo ufficio. L'obiettivo era quello di raccontargli il cammino della Congregazione e il discernimento che la nostra comunità Saveriana sta compiendo per ottenere un inserimento pastorale e missionario più consistente in questa Chiesa locale che ci accoglie. I colloqui sono stati molto utili e il vescovo ci ha detto di essere soddisfatto del nostro approccio. Siamo tornati a casa incoraggiati dalle sue parole. Ci ha promesso di fare proposte concrete per il nostro impegno nel prossimo futuro (Louis Birabaluge Hakizimwami sx).

On February 22^nd, 2024, our Xaverian community in Nogent-sur-Marne met with Monsignor Dominique Blanchet, Bishop of Créteil, at his office. The aim was to share with him the journey of the congregation and the discernment that our community is making in order to achieve a more consistent pastoral and missionary insertion in this local church that welcomes us. The exchanges were very fruitful, and the bishop told us he was pleased with our approach. We went home encouraged by his words. He promised to make concrete commitment proposals in the near future.
