Venerdì 2 febbraio, 2024, alle ore 17.30 papa Francesco presiederà l’Eucaristia insieme ai membri degli Istituti di Vita Consacrata e Società di Vita Apostolica. La celebrazione di quest'anno sarà arricchita della presenza dei partecipanti all'Incontro internazionale delle donne e degli uomini consacrati in preparazione al Giubileo 2025. Dall'1 al 4 febbraio 2024, infatti, circa 300 rappresentanti delle diverse forme di vita consacrata nel mondo si riuniranno a Roma per riflettere sul tema "Pellegrini di speranza sul cammino della pace". Insieme a tante altre iniziative, vogliamo qui ricordare la scelta della parrocchia di San Gregorio VII, Roma (alla quale appartiene anche la comunità Saveriana di Viale Vaticano 40) di organizzare una celebrazione eucaristica il giorno giovedì 1 febbraio 2024, invitando tutti i membri degli Istituti di Vita Consacrata e Società di Vita Apostolica presenti nel territorio della parrocchia “a celebrare insieme l’Eucaristia per ringraziare il Signore per il dono della vocazione di ogni Istituto. È un’occasione per ritrovarsi, dare lode a Dio e condividere fraternamente con carismi diversi il comune desiderio di seguire il Signore. Dopo la celebrazione potremo vivere un momento di agape fraterna nella sala polivalente della nostra Parrocchia”.

On Friday February 2^nd, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in St. Peter’s Basilica, Pope Francis will preside over the Eucharist, together with members of Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. This year's celebration will be enriched by the presence of the participants of the International Meeting of Consecrated Women and Men in preparation for the Jubilee 2025. From 01 to 04 February 2024, in fact, about 300 representatives of the different forms of consecrated life in the world will gather in Rome to reflect on the theme "Pilgrims of hope on the path of peace". Along with many other initiatives, we would like to mention here the choice of the parish of San Gregorio VII, Rome (to which the Xaverian community of Viale Vaticano 40 also belongs) to organize a Eucharistic celebration on Thursday, February 1^st, 2024, inviting all members of the Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life present in the territory of the parish "to celebrate the Eucharist together to thank the Lord for the gift of the charismatic vocation of each Institute. It is an occasion to come together, give praise to God and fraternally share with different charisms the common desire to follow the Lord Jesus. After the celebration we will be able to enjoy a moment of fraternal agape in the multi-purpose hall of our Parish".
