Si è conclusa lunedì 30 la convivenza dei giovanissimi, tenutasi dal 27 al 30 dicembre 2024 nella nostra comunità Saveriana di Salerno e organizzata dalla nostra famiglia carismatica. All’evento hanno partecipato circa quaranta persone, compresi gli animatori, provenienti da diverse località: Cava de’ Tirreni, Caserta, Mercato San Severino, Nocera Inferiore, Salerno e Taranto.

Le giornate sono state scandite da momenti di formazione, laboratori, preghiera, divertimento e servizio. Grazie alla partecipazione attiva e all’impegno di tutti, l’esperienza si è svolta in un clima di semplicità, fraternità e collaborazione.

Guidati dal tema “Seminiamo la speranza”, in sintonia con il Giubileo della Chiesa universale, abbiamo riflettuto, attraverso dinamiche e testimonianze, sul dove e come seminare la speranza e su che cosa significhi essere portatori di speranza nel mondo di oggi.

Ecco alcune riflessioni dei partecipanti su come seminare speranza: 

- “Cerco di incoraggiare gli altri, di vedere il bicchiere mezzo pieno e di trovare la luce in fondo al tunnel.” 

- “Ascolto chi mi è accanto. Se noto che qualcuno ha bisogno, resto con lui; magari non è molto, ma credo sia un piccolo passo verso qualcosa di più grande.” 

- “Penso che, se non stiamo bene con noi stessi e non condividiamo ciò che proviamo con qualcuno, non riusciremo mai a seminare speranza negli altri. Dopo questa esperienza, mi sento più consapevole: è meraviglioso vedere le persone sorridere, ed è uno dei miei obiettivi.”  (Ferdinandus Supandri sx)

The very young people's convivence, held from 27 to 30 December 2024 in our Xaverian community in Salerno and organized by our charismatic family, ended on Monday 30. The event was attended by about forty people, including the educators, from different locations: Cava de’ Tirreni, Caserta, Mercato San Severino, Nocera Inferiore, Salerno and Taranto.

The days were marked by moments of training, workshops, prayer, fun and service. Thanks to the active participation and commitment of everyone, the experience took place in an atmosphere of simplicity, fraternity and collaboration.

Guided by the theme ‘Sowing Hope’, in tune with the Jubilee of the universal Church, we reflected, through dynamics and testimonies, on where and how to sow hope and what it means to be bearers of hope in today's world.

Here are some reflections from participants on how to sow hope: 

- ‘I try to encourage others, to see the glass half full and to find the light at the end of the tunnel.’ 

- ‘I listen to those around me. If I notice that someone is in need, I stay with him o her; maybe it's not much, but I think it's a small step towards something bigger.’ 

- ‘I think that if we don't feel good about ourselves and share what we feel with someone, we will never be able to sow hope in others. After this experience, I feel more aware: it is wonderful to see people smile, and that is one of my goals.’  (Ferdinandus Supandri s.x.)
