Carissimo,
il 2015 è un tempo speciale per la nostra Famiglia. Celebriamo l’Anno della Vita Consacrata e il 150° Anniversario della nascita di S. Guido M. Conforti.
Hai già ricevuto il Libro della Preghiera Saveriana e ogni comunità ha ricevuto anche il Proprium Xaverianum: due testi che hanno come scopo quello di approfondire e celebrare la nostra unione con Cristo secondo la nostra spiritualità saveriana. La Direzione Generale ha ritenuto che questo sia un modo importante per celebrare questo Anniversario e l’Anno della Vita Consacrata (cfr. le rispettive Introduzioni).
In data 15 marzo ho scritto a tutti i confratelli una Lettera per l’Anniversario di nascita del nostro Fondatore. La trovi nel Sito Web della Direzione Generale e arriverà anche in forma cartacea (Italiano e Inglese) a tutte le comunità (iSaveriani 88).
Viviamo nella fede, nel ringraziamento e nella coerenza di vita, personalmente e comunitariamente, gli eventi provvidenziali che il 2015 ci dona.

the year 2015 is a special time for our Family. We are celebrating the Year of the Consecrated Life and the 150th anniversary of the birth of St. Guido M. Conforti.
You have already received the Book of Xaverian prayer and every community has also received the Proprium Xaverianum: two books that aim to deepen and celebrate our union with Christ in accordance with our Xaverian spirituality. The General Direction believes that this is an important way to celebrate this Anniversary and the Year of the Consecrated Life (cf. the respective Introductions).
On 15 March, I wrote to all the confreres a Letter for the Anniversary of our Founder’s birth. You can find it on the General Direction’s website; the paper copy (in Italian and English) will later arrive in all the communities (iSaveriani 88).
As individuals and communities, let us live these providential events of the year 2015 in a spirit of faith, thanksgiving and consistency of life.
