In questo momento difficile causato dalla pandemia, abbiamo celebrato in vari modi la Giornata Mondiale per la Vita Consacrata. A livello regionale, sono stati suggeriti due documenti: 1) il Testo della CLAR (Conferenza Latino-americana dei Religiosi - nrd) che presenta una proposta di preghiera dal titolo "Dove ci porta l'amore", guidata dalla domanda: “Che cosa ci porteremo per il viaggio?” 2) la Lettera della CEM (Conferenza Episcopale Messicana): “Faccio nuove tutte le cose” (Ap. 21, 5). In alcune comunità - in comunione con altre congregazioni - l'Eucaristia è stata celebrata in Cattedrale, presieduta dall'Ordinario del luogo. Altre comunità hanno preparato un momento di Adorazione Eucaristica con i laici locali. Un po' di  materiale sulla vita consacrata è stato condiviso anche sui social network. Nelle due parrocchie della Huasteca Hidalguense e Potosina, la festa della Presentazione di Gesù è stata celebrata alla maniera delle feste patronali, condividendo i cibi tradizionali: atole (bevanda calda composta di impasto di farina di mais, acqua, zucchero di canna, cannella, vaniglia... - nrd); tamales (involtini preparati con un impasto a base di mais ripieno di carne, verdura, frutta o altri ingredienti - salati o dolci - avvolti in foglie di pannocchia, nrd) e zacahuil (“tamal” gigante, con impasto di farina, farcito con maiale o pollo o tacchino, avvolto in foglie di banana o altre foglie di piante locali - nrd). In this difficult period of pandemic, we celebrated the World Day for Consecrated Life in various ways. At the regional level, two documents have been suggested: 1) a material by CLAR (the Latin-American Confreres of Religious – ed.) presenting a proposal of prayer entitled Where does Love take us? and centring around the question: “What are we going to take with us along the journey?”; 2) the letter by CEM (Mexican Bishops Conference): I Make All Things New (Rev. 21:5). Some of our communities, in communion with other congregations, joined a Eucharist celebration presided over by the Ordinary of the place in the Cathedral. Other communities prepared a moment of Eucharistic Adoration with local laity. Moreover, material about consecrated life was partly shared on social networks. In the two parishes of Huasteca Hidalguense and Potosina, the feast of the Presentation of the Lord was celebrated, in a style typical of patronal festivals, by sharing traditional food: atole (a hot drink made through the combination of corn flour, water, cane sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, ... – ed.); tamales (sort of salty or sweet corn buns filled with meat, vegetables, fruit or other ingredients, and rolled in corn cob leaves – ed.); and zacahuil (big tamal, made of flour, filled with pork or chicken or turkey, and rolled in banana leaves or leaves from other local plants – ed.)
