Continua la pubblicazione settimanale delle “Risonanze” sulla Lettera Testamento. Oggi il tema ci è proposto (nell’originale spagnolo e nelle traduzioni in italiano, francese e inglese) da Federico López Jiménez: La Carta testamento en mi vida como laico xaveriano. Nato nello stato di Zacatecas 53 anni fa, il signor Federico conosce e frequenta la Famiglia saveriana da 38 anni (dal 1983 al 1990 come Saveriano) e da 30 anni è attivamente impegnato come laico saveriano. Di professione è ragioniere. Condivide la sua vocazione missionaria laica con la moglie Angelica Jaramillo e i loro 3 figli. Tra le sue attività di apostolato, coordina vari gruppi di laici saveriani a Guadalajara, Jal.
L’occasione dell’anno giubilare sta ispirando i contenuti di varie pubblicazioni delle nostre Circoscrizioni.
Nel sito della DG si può già trovare il quinto volume sulla vita del Conforti: Tahap Konstitusional (Studi Conforti 5/9) a cura del P. Alfonsus Widhiwiryawan, sx. Questo libro presenta la dimensione storica e spirituale della formazione e approvazione delle Costituzioni Saveriane. Lo scopo di questa ricerca è di sostenere la fedeltà dei Saveriani e delle generazioni future ad essere sempre più fedeli al cuore del carisma ereditato dal Fondatore, per trovare una concreta attuazione del dono dello Spirito Santo alla Chiesa nel contesto della nuova evangelizzazione del terzo millennio.

JUBILEE YEAR
The weekly publication of ”Resonances” on the Testament Letter continues. Now, the theme proposed to us (in the original Spanish and in translations into Italian, French and English) is written by Mr. Federico López Jiménez: “la Carta Testamento en mi vida como laico Xaveriano.” Born in the State of Zacatecas 53 years ago, Mr. Federico Lopez Jimènez has known and attended the Xaverian Family for 38 years (from 1983 to 1990 as a Xaverian) and for 30years has been actively engaged as a Xaverian layman. By profession, Mr. Lopez Jimènez is an accountant. He shares his lay Xaverian vocation together with his wife Angelica Jaramillo and their three children. Among his many apostolic activities, he coordinates various groups of Xaverian lay friends in the city of Guadalajara, Jal.
The occasion of the Jubilee Year is inspiring the contents of various publications of our Xaverian Regions.
The DG’s website already contains the fifth volume on the life of Conforti: Tahap Konstitusional (Conforti Studies 5/9), by Fr. Alfonsus Widhiwiryawan, s.x. This book presents the historical and spiritual dimension of the Xaverian formation process and of the approval of the Xaverian Constitutions. The aim of this research is to support the fidelity of the Xaverians and of the future generations in their effort to be ever more faithful to the heart of the charism inherited from the Founder, in order to discover a concrete actualization of the gift of the Holy Spirit in the Church and in the context of the new evangelization of the third millennium.
