We should increment our presences in Asia and Africa.
All the Circumscriptions should reflect on pastoral supply work, projects and tasks that can be taken on by the Local Churches.
Go out towards the existential, geographical and religious outskirts.
Encourage intercultural and interreligious dialogue, a commitment in the new Areopaguses, and in the world of mass media communications and social media.
Study the possibility in every Circumscription of creating contacts with persons and groups that have not yet been evangelised, in order to animate the Local Churches to take on their missionary responsibilities towards the non-Christians present in their territories.
