È stato pubblicato sul sito della DG, in quattro lingue, il Documento Finale della COSUMA Intercapitolare 2021, che si è svolta a Tavernerio dal 27 settembre al 10 ottobre 2021. Il titolo del documento riflette il tema che ha guidato l’intera COSUMA: “L’ Ad Gentes come sfida e impegno identitario del saveriano”. Sono riflessioni e proposte che partono da una breve descrizione del momento presente della Congregazione, affrontano le principali tematiche della vita saveriana – incluso economia e governo – e terminano con lo sguardo rivolto alla preparazione del XVIII Capitolo Generale (estate 2023).Speriamo che questo documento sia oggetto di riflessione personale e comunitaria e che ci aiuti a guardare al futuro con speranza, sentendoci parte del progetto comune della nostra Famiglia missionaria.
The Final Document of the Intercapitular CoSuMa 2021, which took place in Tavernerio from 27 September to 10 October 2021, has been published (in four languages) on the GD website. The title of the document echoes the theme that guided the entire COSUMA: "Ad Gentes as challenge to and identifying commitment of the Xaverian". The document contains reflections and proposals that begin with a brief description of the present situation of the Congregation, address the main themes of Xaverian life – including economy and governance – and end with a look towards the preparation of the 18th General Chapter (summer 2023). We hope that this document will become object of personal and community reflection and that it will help us to look at the future with hope and sense of belonging to the common project of our missionary Family.
