Il 12 novembre 2023 si è svolta presso il Teologato Saveriano di Manila, Filippine, la seconda edizione della "Open House". In questa giornata la comunità di Teologia ha aperto le sue porte a tutti coloro che volevano conoscere meglio la Famiglia Saveriana. Il tema di quest'anno ha esplorato le tre dimensioni della nostra vita missionaria: ad Gentes, ad Extra, ad Vitam. 

L’attività è stata organizzata in collaborazione e con il sostegno concreto della comunità di Filosofia e dei Laici Saveriani. Dalle 9.00 alle 16.00 abbiamo accolto i gruppi, per un totale di quasi 300 persone, provenienti soprattutto dalle nostre parrocchie. Dopo una breve introduzione, i gruppi hanno effettuato un percorso all'interno della casa. Durante la visita, gli ospiti hanno assistito a presentazioni e dinamiche diverse su come ci impegniamo a vivere la nostra missione ad Gentes, ad Extra, ad Vitam in tutto il mondo come Missionari Saveriani.

Alla fine della visita, gli ospiti hanno partecipato a una semplice attività nella cappella, facendo e rispondendo a domande sulla missione e sui Saveriani. È stata un'attività molto apprezzata da tutti. Per alcuni è stata la prima volta in cui hanno avuto la possibilità di conoscere meglio il modo Saveriano di fare missione (Cesare Da Silva sx).

On November 12^th, 2023, took place at the Xaverian Theologate of Manila, in the Philippines, the second edition the “Open House”. On this day the community of Theology opened its doors to all who wanted to know more about the Xaverian family. The topic of this year explored the three dimensions of our missionary life: ad Gentes, ad Extra, ad Vitam. 

It was organized in collaboration and with the concrete support of the Philosophy community and the Lay Xaverians. From 9 am to 4 pm, we received many groups, numbering almost 300 people, mostly from our parishes. After a brief orientation, they went through a parcourse inside the house. During the tour, the guests experienced different and dynamic presentations about how we strive to live our mission ad Gentes, ad Extra, ad Vitam around the world as Xaverians Missionaries.

At the end of the tour, our guests participate of a simple activity in the chapel making and answering questions about mission and the Xaverians. It was a very appreciated activity by all. For some it was the first time they had the chance to know better the Xaverian way of doing mission. (Cesar Da Silva s.x.)
