- The Central Delegation also includes the General Direction and this dispenses me from dealing with topics that concern the entire Congregation, which will undoubtedly be done in the General Direction’s report.
- The other members of the Delegation are divided into at least two categories: first – confreres who come from other Circumscriptions for a variety reasons, often for “personal reasons”, behind which lie some problems … and this understandably makes it difficult to get them involved in a process of reflection on the Mission, as the instrumentum laboris asked us to do. Secondly, there are the confreres who are in the Central Delegation to serve the Congregation in some way (for example, the General Direction, the Procura, museum, ongoing formation or specialization. I must say that all the five communities helped me with their reflections, which I have tried to integrate into this report.
