Giovedì, 10 agosto, p. Mario Mula invita l’assemblea capitolare a recitare la preghiera del capitolo. Il segretario, p. Antonio Flores, distribuisce un foglio con lo schema delle commissioni capitolari e la proposta metodologica. Moderatore p. Eduardo García.
Si propone il lavoro nelle commissioni durante tutta la giornata e un’altra votazione esplorativa per l’ultima sessione.
Ci si ritrova alle 17:30 per fare il punto della situazione. Ogni commissione riferisce il lavoro di redazione sul tema assegnato. Si decide di continuare per le due prime sessione del giorno successivo. Poi si prosegue con un’altra votazione esplorativa con due nomi per il Superiore Generale.
Venerdì, 11 agosto, si inizia con la preghiera del capitolo. Il segretario, p. Antonio Flores, introduce la giornata. Il moderatore p. Carlos Collantes presenta all’assemblea alcune proposte del comitato di coordinamento per l’andamento dei lavori. Si stabilisce che lunedì 14 agosto comincerà l’elezione della nuova Direzione Generale.
Al pomeriggio, qualche notizia sugli ammalati: p. Paulino ha avuto piccoli miglioramenti, p. Ulian si sta riprendendo. Anche p. Giannattasio, che ha fatto un controllo medico, dovrebbe rientrare al capitolo domani.
Ci troviamo quindi a fare il punto della situazione: la maggior parte delle commissioni deve ancora finire il lavoro. Si decide perciò di lavorare in commissione fino alle 18:00 quando ci sarà la terza votazione esplorativa con un unico nome per il Superiore Generale.

Thursday, 10 August, Fr. Mario Mula invited the Chapter Assembly to recite the prayer of the chapter. The secretary, Fr. Antonio Flores, distributed a sheet with the listing of chapter commissions and the proposal for the method of work. Moderator Fr. Eduardo García.
It was proposed to work on committees throughout the day and that another exploratory vote would be taken at the end of the afternoon.
At 5:30pm we reassembled to take a look at where each commission is with their work. Each commission reported their progress. It was decided to continue to work in commissions for the two sessions tomorrow. The assembly then had another exploratory vote for the Superior General
Friday, August 11, the assembly begin with the prayer of the chapter. The secretary, Fr. Antonio Flores, introduced the day. The moderator Fr. Carlos Collantes shared some proposals from the Coordinating Committee for the work. It was established that on Monday, August 14 the assembly will begin the election of the new General Direction.
In the afternoon, some news about the sick was shared: Fr Paulino was improving a bit. Fr. Ulian is recovering in Rome. Fr. Giannattasio had a doctor’s appointment: everything has gone well and he should come be back to the chapter tomorrow.
The assembly then reviewed the progress of the commissions. Most groups have yet to finish their work. It was decided to return to the groups until 6:00pm when there will be the third exploratory vote for the Superior General.
