DIREZIONE GENERALE
Il Consiglio Generale e quello della Regione Italia si incontrano a Parma il 21 febbraio per programmare insieme il cammino futuro della Regione IT.
È in programma anche l’incontro con Mons. Biguzzi per ascoltare la sua relazione sulla situazione della Chiesa in Sud Sudan.

Roma, 20 febbraio: a due mesi esatti dal lancio del nuovo sito Web la Direzione Generale rinnova l’invito a iscriversi: “Invitiamo tutti i confratelli che non lo avessero ancora fatto, e sono molti, ad iscriversi al nuovo Sito Web della Direzione Generale. Dall’1 aprile 2015, infatti, molto materiale verrà inviato dal Sito stesso. Il Sito contiene molto materiale per la Formazione Permanente e per la Animazione Missionaria e Vocazionale. Esso è anche strumento che facilita lo scambio tra confratelli su diversi temi”.
Al riguardo abbiamo sentito i responsabili del sito stesso. Sono più che soddisfatti per il numero di accessi: 55.000 nei due mesi di vita del nuovo sito. Sono piuttosto perplessi sulla risposta dei Saveriani: soltanto 200 circa si sono iscritti. Sembra che non sia stata colta la novità della funzione del sito previsto come strumento privilegiato dell’informazione e della comunicazione tra i Saveriani.

GENERAL DIRECTION
Parma, 21 Feb: the General Council will meet with the Regional Council of Italy to plan together the future journey of the Italian Region.
Bishop Biguzzi will also report to the General Direction on the situation of the Church in South Sudan.
GENERAL DIRECTION WEBSITE
Rome, 20 Feb: two months after it was launched, the General Direction renews its appeal to the confreres to register with the website: “We invite all the confreres who have not yet done so (and they are many) to register with the new website of the General Direction. From 1 April 2015, a lot of material will be sent out from the website. It contains many resources for Ongoing Formation and for Missionary-Vocation Animation. The website also makes it easier for the confreres to exchange ideas on various topics”.
One very positive statistic are the 55.000 visits to the site in the first two months. However, the response of the Xaverians has not been equally positive: so far, only 200 confreres have registered. It seems that there has been a failure to grasp the novelty of the new website as a privileged instrument of information and communication among the Xaverians.

The Edizioni Paoline of Taiwan have published a Chinese translation of the book by Fr. Fabrizio Tosolini, Commento ai Vangeli domenicali dell’anno A, Primo volume.
